CD Projekt Red has decided to push Cyberpunk 2077 back again. It originally was supposed to be released on April 16th. But now gamers will just have to wait until late September for the game to be released.

Adam Kicinski, CD Projekt Red’s joint CEO, has said the team needs to work long hours to finish the game.

The game is complete and playable but there’s still work need to be done.Night City is massive, full of stories, content, and places to visit, but due to the sheer scale and complexity of it all, we need more time to finish playtesting, fixing and polishing.”

Last year E3 had so much hype around it. The highlight of the conference was having “John Wick” actor ‘Keanu Reeves’ to present the game, by revealing he will be a character in Cyberpunk 2077. The build-up of anticipation was at an all-time high, last month on Dec.15th there was a mega performance by “Grimes” performing “4 AM” at The Game Awards.
